Graduation class 2006

All of Mommy's medical school friends reached the end of their journey the last week of May. We got to go to graduation and see them take the Physicain's Oath with pride. Then they all moved on to start the next challenge ...residency. We are so proud of them, and we miss them alot. Here is Janis, Mommy and Bella enjoying the celebration.

Bedtime for all...dolls

Bella has never been the best sleeper. But she was getting really good at going to bed and putting herslef to sleep. Well I think she has gotten too good. Now she gets in her bed and goes through a very elaborate routine to put ALL of her dolls and stuffed animals to bed. After one such episode she asked me to take their picutre. So here is the documentation that Bella knows her bedtime routine (even if it doesn't put her to sleep). Tonight she even put mommy to bed with all the animals when I made the mistake of laying down next to her in an attempt to settle her down.

Our first Blog

First, let me welcome us to the world of Blogging. My husband is going to ask how and why I make time for this with everything else in life. But with so many friends far away whom we love and miss, I wanted to be able to keep you updated on life. So now Papa, Grandma, Padyn, Auntie, Betsy and everyone else can watch their favorite Bella grow big. I'll try to post pictures and fun things when I can. And we might have to ask Auntie Arlene for help next week if I can't figure out how to do this.
